If today's Warriors had the 2015 versions of Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Andre Iguodala and that bench they would be much better than this team

You don't remember that the Warriors played with only Steph, Klay and KD on the court?

That's how they were able to pay all 3 and why they fell apart physically.

Best player on the best team for me Joel Imbid and the fact that CP3 turned the Suns around and basically made them a #1 seed in the WEST puts him in the MVP race for me. If not that then to me the player has to show the team is a top 3 seed mainly because of what he brings to the table.

Iguodala is the one that makes a difference IMO. The others are a wash more or less (Barnes vs Oubre/Wiggins, Bogut vs Wiseman/Looney) statistically. The advantage is leadership and experience more than actually statistics, but that's on the front office for their roster choices, not the players IMO.

Cool story. Leadership and experience matter (and defense, in the case of Iggy and Bogut). You're also ignoring the better bench in 2015. My point is, your claim that the team they have now plus Klay is basically the same as the 2015 team is ridiculous.

That's exaggeration. They're basically missing Thompson from their non-KD title team.

Jokic still.

Phoenix was showing signs of being a good team last year before adding CP3.

Just because we haven’t seen Denver without Jokic recently people tend to minimize take his impact for granted.

If we are comparing rosters of the others in Phoenix and Denver, I am taking the Phoenix crew all day every day.

Oh for sure Jokic is an MVP candidate Jamal Murray has been hurt this year along with years in the past and Jokic has carried the team and still look like a solid squad for the playoffs.
