What do we need to see?

What would you need to see as a fan to say "now we re getting somewhere"?

I personally would like to see us come out of the bowl game +3 in the turnovers and to see the Defensive line dominate Georgia. If the O line allows 2 or less sacks i would consider that a bonus.

We would literally need to do something that surprised the entire country in order for me to think we might even be making any bit of progress at this point.

Ultimately, I'll start to believe it when I see us run through our non-conference schedule next year and start off the season 8-0.

I already addressed that. There is nothing I can see that will convince me that it won't take the defense another half season or more to "execute" next season, that there won't be more sloppy undisciplined/lack of fundamental play, that there won't be anymore blowouts, that there won't be more bad media attention brought to the program.

A win over Georgia will be a win over an 8 win team. Nothing more.
