Not sure what I think of Lombardi as a offensive coordinator, but it is really Payton's magic so I guess that hire isn't as important.

Would be great to keep Evero though.

I’m an Evero fan and would love to keep him as DC in Denver along with key components of his staff. I’m not getting a strong vibe on him at the moment. I still have my fingers crossed though.

The request casts doubt on Ejiro Evero's return. Flores filed a discrimination suit against the NFL and named the Broncos for "sham" head coaching interview in 2019.

Evero is still up for some head coaching jobs - he's not going to commit to being a DC and toss out a head coaching opportunity. Therefore, the Bronco have to keep interviewing for a DC.

Brian Flores is a great coach and would be a fine DC.

I like Stink a lot. What I don’t know is how good a teacher and strategist he is. My initial thought is it would be better to get experience as an assistant OL coach and determine whether he has those requisite skills. He might be the greatest OL coach ever, or he might be a bust.

I agree with this. I remember how nasty he was regarding Bolles early. He has a lot of knowledge, but would he be an effective teacher?
