I can see us beating Washington (so 6-3) but I see us losing the complete stretch of 49ersx2, Eagles, and Cowboys... so we got 6-8 and then dropping another. I think this is an 8-9 team.

There's that bitter realization that this is the new Division That Nobody Wants. The fact that SF can take the top with a 7-10 record doesn't seem out of the question.

Locke isn't some fresh rookie. He's been a starter in this league so getting rattled should not be a concern for him.
