Bad play calling and horrible decisions. Maybe Belichek needs to sit out a couple of games and relocate his balls. In my opinion he must have lost them. That was a no brainer with nearly 8 minutes in the game. That and the defense has been on the field way too much and Brady could have snuck 6-1/2"

How many times did Bortles run for a first down. Nothing pisses me off more than 2 solid plays of defense to give up a first down on a QB scramble. Takes the wind out of the defense sails.

Miami leads the division after week two. Haha. They might not want to get comfortable there.

Anyway, the Pats looked horrible but I believe they'll improve. Offensively anyway. They were up against a really good team with some unfavorable weather on the road, and are dealing with a suspension to a key player and some injuries to others.

I was really hoping the defensive woes from last year were on Matty P but now I don't know.

Tough game to watch no doubt.

Let's start with positives. There weren't many so it won't take long.
Michel for his first game looked good. We'll see how he pans out.
Hogan at least made a cameo appearance with the two TD catches. Those that were worried about him don't need to. He'll get his catches as soon as JE11 returns.
Visit Detroit it will cure a lot. Then it's back home for one more before JE11 returns.
I'm hoping NE is 3-1 by the time he returns if so nothing to worry about. Even 2-2 we'll be ok.
Areas for improvement:
Game plan starts with the HC and both coordinators. Terrible BB when you see it's not working you can't wait till half time to change it.
Waddle can only be relied on as a spot player. He's going to get TB killed sooner or later.
Losing Flowers really hurt any pressure NE had. Chung went out but no big deal he really wasn't doing anything anyway.
Tackling or should I say lack there of
I think the D will be fine just a bad game plan and worse execution today.


Oh well we're onto Detroit
