They had to make themselves look good by stopping the Jags on 4th and one after giving the rest of the field.
Can't disagree. The defense gets frustrated when the offense messes the bed and their left to do the clean up.

Henry is the only receiver doing anything.

I am so glad I missed this game and went to my nieces softball tournament this entire weekend. Much better play from them than the Patriots.. Heck they even won the tournament!

Let's be honest. Covington got uncomfortable in a zone with those twelve and fifteen yard passes and switched to man. When Gonzalez got burned for the TD he switched back to zone. It worked and the Jets were having trouble moving the ball. For some reason he switched back to man and suddenly Lawrence looked like he'd been reborn. Don't know if he does it because of personnel or he thinks changing horses in the middle of the race confuses the other horses.

The D-Line looked very slow.

Let me express what I think the problem was. They left for London on Friday. Yes London is six hours in front of us and the six hour flight put the team in London at the same time they left RI. That's six hours of jet lag that cannot be made up in a day. They should have left no later than Thursday at 12:00 am. They would have landed in London at 6:00 am Friday Boston time or Noon Friday London time. Most of them would gotten at least three hours of sleep. That would have allowed ofr a funky Friday night's sleep and a normal Saturday night. The game was started at 3:30 pm London time Sunday. In my opinion, they would have been much more rested. Everyone forgets that the Jags were over there from Wednesday two weeks prior and were in cruise control. The league needs to stop these games if teams are not playing on equal rest or schedules. Jags ain't that good and playing two in a row in London is a huge advantage.

He couldn't create a miracle last year. Doubt he would have had more magic this year.

That and he would never have drafted Maye, an OL or a WR. He would have gone defense first. Or traded the #3 for multiple first rounders and still gone defense.

He would have had a defense that was tougher than an old shoe rather than softer than a new pillow.
