the time too win is always now, not next year, not 5 years from now. Bradford gives us a guy that once he learns the O can keep Ds honest. You want to stack the box, he'll make em pay. Since when are first round picks always a lock?

The other factor to remember is that the Vikes have drafted 9 players in the 1st round in the last 5 years. So there is a bit more flexibility with the 1st rounder because of that.

I can't say I'm big on Bradford, but this certainly still keeps them in the discussion for a decent playoff run. And I certainly didn't like the idea of basically punting on the season with Hill behind center.
