Pfft really doesn't deserve it IMO and IMO may not ever make it.

I'm not sure how you can possibly rationalize keeping him out when he has the 5th most touchdowns in NFL history.

He's going to make it in, and I would take that bet any day.

I have no idea how T.O. hasn't gotten in yet.

Touchdown Leaders
RK PLAYER TD
1 Jerry Rice 208
2 Emmitt Smith 175
3 LaDainian Tomlinson 162
4 Randy Moss 157
5 Terrell Owens 156
6 Marcus Allen 145
7 Marshall Faulk 136
8 Cris Carter 131
9 Marvin Harrison 128
10 Jim Brown 126
11 Walter Payton 125
12 John Riggins 116
13 Lenny Moore 113
14 Shaun Alexander 112
15 ANTONIO GATES 111
Tony Gonzalez 111
17 Barry Sanders 109
18 Tim Brown 105
Don Hutson 105
20 LARRY FITZGERALD 104

I think he deserves it

But I also think there is some legitimacy to the fact that he was a detriment as much as an asset to a team

Divided locker rooms, disrupted offensive flow with his constant whining and selfish demands for the ball

With most players, I think it's overblown, with TO, I could see some factoring it all in

I agree his antics are a factor to be considered, but his production on the field speaks volumes more than any of that in my opinion.

This isn't a personality contest.

As difficult as it is to accomplish, I think he deserved to be a first-ballot HOFer. Now, in my opinion it's just a matter of when, not if.

It's a no-brainer in my opinion.

I think his antics and he had a lot of drops too, I just always felt he was over rated as a WR

His numbers show he should be in but is not yet in the HOF because of his antics. I think he will get in one day. As time goes on, his antics will become less of an issue

Owens will get in, but seeing how it's the most team sport of team sports....
TO waiting awhile is totally justified IMO.

Lewis,moss are locks. Seymore overrated
I agree on the first two. Seymour might eventually get in, but I wouldn't expect it for the first few years.

I agree. Over time, those antics will fade away and people will be able to focus on his play. His accomplishments easily make him a HOFer. I don't see how it's really debatable.

randy moss played in 52 games in NE (51 starts). he has 50 TD's in those 52 games.

minny...113 games (108 starts) 92 TD's

amazing what the lazy ass could do when he actually felt like it

biggest waste of talent since Darryl Stingley

I think it say's more about what he could do with a quality QB. I have always believed Moss is the best to ever play the game, people always argue Rice mainly because of the numbers which IMO are misleading. Rice had Montana and Young Moss have Culpeppper and Gannon ( I think ) If Moss had been with the Pats the whole time or had a Brady caliber QB I don't think Rice would be in the conversation anymore.

Kerry Collins, Andrew Walter and Ronald Curry in Oakland

TO, great receiver. Wierd person. Possibly bi-polar. "That's my quarterback" as fake tears flowed. Who does that?

i disagree, john lynch was amazing

John Lynch was good but he was no where close to Dawkins, Polamalu or Ed Reed good. If you think Lynch was as good as Dawkins you simply don't know football.

Dont get me wrong... Lynch was very good but look at the comparisons.

1. Lynch was never the leader or best defender on his team. Dawkins was the heart and soul of the Eagles D.
2. Lynch has 2 All Pros from various organizations. Dawkins has 6. (3 times as many)
3. Lynch had 26 interceptions. Dawkins had 37 (Almost 50% more for Dawkins)
4. Lynch had 13 sacks. Dawkins had 26. (Dawkins had twice as many sacks)
5. Lynch had 490 tackles. Dawkins had 778. (Dawkins had almost 300 more tackles)
6. Lynch had 36 passes defensed. Dawkins had 98 (3 times as many passes defensed)
7. Lynch had 10 forced fumbles. Dawkins had 36 forced fumbles (3.6 times as many FF)

Its really not even close brother.
