last two home games against two good teams and this team does not look ready. It's like the offense didn't practice all week and they didn't even bother with a game plan.

I just hate that from Teddy. Too often he scrambles, and rather than throw it over a receiver and out of bounds, he throws it to a receiver short of the line of scrimmage for a loss.

And yes. They still need to work on his mechanics. I'd even force him to lose the gloves. I just can't help but wonder if the tackiness is keeping it on his fingers just a fraction longer, adding to the ball sailing on him.

even when he could get the first down by running north.

OK, enough with the negative comments, lets look at what went right.

No fans fell from the upper level, some jumped, but none fell accidentally.

Never mind, I can't type that much.

Fuck Norv Turner, down by one TD and basically give up on the run game. This is the type of game where Peterson gets at least 25 touches

Fuck George Edwards, I don't care how many players are injured, the backups should at least know how to wrap up and tackle someone.

Fuck Zimmer, bench your coordinators and take over, they shit the bed in two consecutive home games.

and I would rather have had a new Carr.

We aren't winning another game this season. No wonder Seahawk fans are laughing at us right now.

I'm not ready to right off this season yet. I can only hope they learn from this game and move on quickly.

Too much negativity.

Game just got away from the team. It happens.

We're going to get our butt kicked on Thursday too as it will be unlikely that any of our defensive players will be back from injury and that Arizona team is really well rounded especially offensively.

Still doesn't change the fact that we are staring at the Giants and the Bears in week 15 and 16. Two wins against those lowly teams pretty much will guarantee us a playoff spot. Hell even one win will probably do it depending on tie breakers. And we likely will be heading into week 17 against the Pack playing for the division while the loser will get the wild card.

I actually think that we will head into weeks 17 playing for the division as well as home field the following week in the playoffs as the loser of that game will be the last wild card winner and go on the road to the division winner of the 3rd best division record which will come out of the North. So it likely will mean back to back games against the Packers. One for the division and one in the playoffs.

Anyone thinking we were going to win the SB this year was drinking too much of the kool-aid. But we still are good enough to get some playoff football under our belt before the season is over.

The one thing that I will say after yesterday's game: I have put scouting rookie QB's in the draft on my to do list.

Had a feeling it was something I should do for a couple of weeks now but yesterday made it official. Teddy might someday turn into a good NFL QB. But the Vikes can't bank their entire future on that happening. If there is a QB in round 1 of the upcoming draft they like, they have to take him with the way Teddy has looked thus far. He would have to have an incredible finish to the year for me to think otherwise.

nice to see you come around a biton TB, wonder was Mr Hockey has to say about Bridgewaters play these days? he hasn't been better than Ponder, I'm sorry

He's still better than Ponder.

Bridgewater is going to be in the league a LONG time. This is Ponder's last year in it and he is hanging around only because the Broncos were desperate because they were trying to develop a 3rd string rookie rather than rostering two game ready QB's behind Manning.

I'm not saying he is a lot better....but he is still better than Ponder. Same way that TJack was better than Ponder. Bridgewater might not be a starting caliber QB but he is a guy that will have a #2 spot in the league collecting a paycheck for a long, long time to come at the very least.

I don't know Teddy personally so I can care less how long he will be getting a NFL paycheck. Thats not the point. What I care about is the Vikings, and any one with a clue must have doubts about Teddys long term potential as the Vikings starting QB.
