We paid 800k for his services last season. He more than paid that off. If you guys offer him over $1mil/per then I hope we offer him $1,000,000.01And if it happens to be us? Hopefully he plays up to it!
Let the contract bidding begin!

This thread is so dead, I'd thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone was around.
There is still a question mark concerning AP coming back. It's a move that could work out if Bridgewater can get more accurate on deep balls.
At least there's a little activity happening with the team now, after a silent start.

Not really irrelevant if the Vikings are transitioning to a passing attack from a ball control running attack spearheaded by AP. This could mean AP may be on the trading block.Of course there is. WTF does that have to do with bringing Wallace in? It's completely irrelevant and immaterial to what you quoted.

Transitioning to a pass heavy attack means less carries for the RB and I'm sure AP wouldn't like that.
No I'm not trolling and am only trying to have a rational discussion. The Vikes might be better off acquiring a RB that is good at catching passes out of the backfield and try and trade AP for a high pick in the draft. This just makes good sense. They needed an upgrade at WR regardless of whether AP was back or not. This has nothing to do with rushing vs passing. It has to do with the lack of progress with Patterson and lack of depth at the position. You're either trolling or clueless. I'm going to venture a guess and say you're both.
