If he gave a shit, he'd hurry up and make a decision so Riles could get some role players. By the time he makes a decision all the decent to good role players will be signed.

No, they are weighing their options as well. The veterans want rings and are waiting for Melo and Lebron to sign. I expect this process to get going this week

Play the game right? Then maybe you should look at the success the Spurs have had.

That's how the game is supposed to be played. Unselfish TEAM ball. But that's not what the average fan wants to see.
The Spurs and Mavs both play unselfish team ball.

So other great players pass and they are making the right play, but he passes and he is scared and not making the right play. You sound like you have never seen a bball game in your life and you are a little butthurt as well

:lame:

I was born 62 years ago. I've seen more great teams and basketball players up close and personal then you have. I was born and raised watching The Celtics and the Lakers. Two of the original and greatest organizations the NBA has ever had. Hell... they made the NBA what it is today.

No need to get personal. We have different opinions... that's OK.

You aren't making sense at all. You said, Lebron wasn't and never will be a team player, but then you say the Spurs succeeded bc of passing and teamwork.

You said Lebron isn't a team player, he is everything and more. Get your facts straight before you talk with the men.

People are raving over Noel's performance, but he had just two freaking rebounds in 26 minutes.

But it isn't an opinion, Lebron is a team player. Ask anyone, he is about the team. So you just aren't making sense, man.

You missed the 2nd half of the 2012-2013 season? Kobe averaged almost 8apg as the Lakers rallied from a horrible start and made the playoffs.

Lebron has consistently done it his whole career, that is just the type of player he is and still one of the greatest scorers. He enjoys passing and getting other involved like Magic

Not 100% sure, but I'm guessing this guy is a little like Russ Irving from FN.

A troll. That's what people do when they lash out with insults when they don't like what somebody else says.

Really? Follow along on Twitter, James leaving is picking up steam.

Read again. I said I did not think KOBE would leave this Miami team if he were in LeBron's shoes.

He isn't and was never a great team player. Great players make those that play with him better. (Magic, Bird, Duncan) He passes because he is afraid to take the shot and the blame for losing when the game is on the line.

The ultimate carpetbagger... yes. The unltimate team player?! Not even close.

He's LBNique... a guy who thinks his stats are what make him good. Hogwash.

:wtf2:

Ohh I'm the troll DJ.

And this^^^^ isn't a troll.

"lebron isn't and never was a team player " :laugh3:

All I can do is laugh at that. Maybe he meant Kobe

You must not understand free agency, Cleveland's FO, and pretty much everything else. Most of the questions are self-explanatory. Lebron will always be 10x the person Kobe is and a couple more titles and 10x the player. GL losing with that greedy punk.

There's a whole lot of butthurt in that post.

Did Sman hack your account and is trying to make you look bad?

Clearly, you have no answer for what I posted because you know I'm right.

Lebron is 10x the person Kobe is? That might be the stupidest thing I've ever seen posted. How in the hell do you know what kind of person either of them are?

Bottom line, you have zero clue what kind of person either of them are. My guess is that they are both egotistical assholes. The only difference is, I have no problem with saying that Kobe is likely an egotistical asshole, while you desperately cling to the notion that Lebron is some kind of super nice guy who would let you come over to his house and swim in his pool.

I know exactly how free agency works and I know what Lebron is doing and why he's doing it and it isn't because of his "love for his teammates". Lebron wants rings and he doesn't care how or where he gets them. If he doesn't think the Heat can put together a team that can win the title next season, he's gone to a team that he thinks can.

He doesn't care what D-Wade, Bosh, UD, Riley or any Heat fans or Lebroniacs think. If he doesn't think he can get a ring in Miami and soon, he'll leave Miami just like he did Cleveland.

I can assure you that a coach wants a guy that is fearless and demands the ball in close situations. What he does with the ball in such situation is what makes the difference between him being good and being great.

Magic and Bird would always make the right play... but they wanted the ball with the game on the line. Lebron doesn't want anything to do with the ball and passes it so HE can't be blamed if things go wrong.

He had a team in Cleveland that had the best record in the NBA.. but he tossed them under the bus when HE failed to lead them to a title. Leading!! That's his job. He isn't anything close to being a leader.

That's not how great players treat their teammates

100% wrong. LeBron wants the ball and he takes plenty of big shots, but he is also a willing passer if a teammate has a better opportunity. Have you watched the Heat play since 2011?

I've been hearing that it could stretch to next weekend. Although, I personally think that much of this will be over by Wednesday.

:suds:

Yeah, I love a good Lebron bashing as much as anyone (although, these days, much of it is because it rustles Shanes jimmies so much), but to say he's not a team player just isn't accurate.

Personally, I haven't agreed with some of the passes that he's made in clutch situations, but I don't believe he's afraid to take the shot, I think he has a true "pass first mentality" and sometimes it's to his detriment. Especially given some of the teammates that he's had to pass to.

The Spurs and Mavs both play unselfish team ball.

:bullshit: Dirk Nowitzki is the most selfish player in NBA history and makes Carmelo look like Magic Johnson.

I just wanted to see if I could type that with a straight face.................I couldn't.

The Spurs play amazing team basketball. That does not mean that LeBron is not a team player. He gives everything he has to help the team win for the duration of his contract, then he goes somewhere else.

The NBA is a league where all the power has been in the hands of the owners recently. LeBron is one of the few players in the league who is able to flip the script and negotiate the terms of his own deal. Now he gets vilified for it. NBA fans are free to dislike him, but don't be ignorant.
