Our previous poll ended with Eli Manning claiming the 16th spot.
To speed this series up, I have selected the QBs who have consistently received votes in these polls who have not been chosen yet. These QBs are Colin Kaepernick, Alex Smith, RGIII, and Ryan Tannehill.
Rather than having four rounds, I put up as many options as I thought fair. Kaepernick and Smith have had the most votes so far so I didn't put options for either to be 20th. RGIII and Tannehill have received a lot fewer votes, so while I gave options for them to be next, those options are fewer. In other words: no, these are not all the possibilities. There was one vote for Schaub and one vote for Carson Palmer. Not enough to include, IMO.
I know this is not scientific, but some have expressed that they wanted the polls to end or go quicker. I'll figure out the next grouping next time.
Question: Who are the 17th-20th best QBs in the league?
Here are the parameters:
This is just for this coming year. Age can matter as far as current abilities and experience, etc., but don't choose a young QB over Peyton Manning because so and so is younger and can offer more years. Just base it upon who they are now. If younger means better, sure. Otherwise, it's irrelevant.
Assume that each QB is in the optimal system with an equal level of talent around them and coaching. If the current QB of a team does not fit in their current system or on a bad team, imagine them in the right system and average team.
