Kraken with 3 wins out of their last 4 and the other was an OTL. Love to see it. Probably going to lose tonight with a back-to-back and travel against a rested Wild team. But still, go Kraken!

Extra fun stat that I heard on the PHLY podcast this week. The Flyers PP, since Thompson took over in the 22-23 season, is ranked 33rd in the NHL. Utah and Arizona both have a higher percentage than the Flyers' cumulative 13.9%.

And more, because it's really ridiculous that he is still employed.

The Oilers have scored 104 more goals on the PP than the Flyers in that time span. 0.45 goals per game more. Would take the Flyers from 30th in goals per game to a respectable 13th over those nearly 3 seasons.

McDavid and Draisaitl alone have outscored the Flyers PP. By 13 goals. Point and Stamkos are the other pair (for most of the time) that has equaled the full Flyers PP output.

Michkov only needs 10 more PPG to tie for the team lead for the last 3 seasons.

And perhaps my favorite one, over those nearly 3 seasons there are 96 individual team seasons played. The 3 Flyers seasons are #88, #93, and #95.

The day we got rid of Joey Mullen as our PP coach was the day it all went down hill.

It will be 4-5 years before we are competitive so any help we get whether its a draft or trade for a young player I'm good with.

If I were TK id ask for a trade.

If I'm Danny B i would ask Couts to waive his no trade clause. On second though nobody will want that contract in its entirety.
