Leave it to Colorado to play a tiny D 1AA school, who before this hadn't had a winning record in I don't know how many years.

What were they supposed to do? The fresno game was canceled due to the extreme flooding in colorado at the time that game was supposed to happen. How many teams can you pick up for a game on a bye week after the season has started?

I believe that was dick baird, former UW coach with a very long tie to the school. I don't think Softy doubted that claim, and in fact has said something similar, but yeah he very much doesn't want to see that happen, nor does anyone up here.

UW fans will all be chanting roll tide come January...

they are extremely lucky they even got the 12th game scheduled on such short and unexpected notice.

I am sure SEC team has scheduled them 5 years in advance at some point. And I am not joking.

Time to get my picks in. Oregon at home will cover easily. OR St should cover even at Cal. UW I think wins outright and by a score or 2. ND playing at home will be too much for USC, and if needed, the refs will help ND. I started out picking Utah, but changed my mind and think AZ at home will make the difference. Colorado should win easily and for the final score tie-breaker, I have Stanford @ home scoring 37 to UCLA's 27.

I tried clicking on "unordered list" for the page format, but when I hit the tab button to go down, the cursor simply disappears. I had to use my space bar all the way to the right before entering each next choice. This damn computer can't just make a list. When I hit "post reply", it changed it back to paragragh format.

So that's what I've been doing wrong from the start. I'm not a secretary, type with one finger in the "hunt and peck" style, and am not very good at operating a computer. I know what I want to say, have excellent spelling, good grammar, but don't know how to make the computer say it right.

I don't know, if Wiz doesn't do it this weekend it will be the first time for me. I have a bookmark for the first post and I guess I'll be counting them moving forward.
