I'm a die hard dawg and always will be, but I don't display it on my car because there are assholes everywhere and being in this industry I have seen it many, many times. I was the director of surveillance for a casino for over 10 years. Can tell you most of the vandalized cars were revenge or sports related. Alcohol and idiots just don't mix.

In our business we call people who adorn their cars with enemy propaganda volunteer victims. Should you be able to have what you want and not face such things? Well of course. Still, being smart enough to know it does happen and not aiding the idiots is how you keep your shit safe.

All I have on my car is one of those things you put around your license plate that says UW Alumni or something like that. I honestly don't even remember.

I would have to imagine you'd be pretty safe displaying UW stuff in the Seattle area though.
