PAC has 4 players. More than any other conference. This conference is making major strides. Long ways to go, but this is a sign out conference is creeping up on the SEC.

Price spent the better part of a season and a half on bad knees. That and his overall decision making in the read zone game have probably left them not putting in designed runs for him. He does have speed and can shake tackles, but his strength is passing from the pocket or on the run.

As for ASJ we all want to see him get more involved, but he has been being used a lot more in full time blocking and from what Sark says other teams have been game planning for ASJ and KW and that is part of why both are down in receptions. The good news is last year those two were all they had and this year Ross, Smith, and Mickens have done a great job of taking the plays that have come their way.

Still, Price needs to look for those two more even if they are in bracket coverage often. ASJ can leap above most LB's and KW is filthy on getting to the ball. He does need to find ways of reaching them when they are open and they have been open at times. For whatever reason keith either isn't seeing them or isn't keeping them in his check down. I mean normally your TE is your second read in most offenses that have a quality TE. Doesn't matter if your progression is top down or the other way your TE release is normally a go to play and it just hasn't been this year so far.

THIS boy Mickens, from what I saw last Sat "dropped" crucial balls last week. As a fan rooting for Washington @ the time had myself wondering why even thrown to this clown? Price needs more targets close by that can actually hang onto a ball thrown to them Whiz.

ASU WILL focus on your run game and let Price throw. IF he is succesful threw the air then an adjustment will have to be made on the Devil's side. That's how I see the 1st half playing out.:suds:

Good gawd!

The forcast for the NEXT TEN DAYS in the Northwest is for absolutely beautiful weather...low 70's!

A call to the BOSS at the 1st of the week is in order, " I got an eye problem sir, I can't see coming into work Tuesday thru Thurday @ least sir."

Tinkle I'll head west to PC for well deserved R&R @ the beach cabin...located directly ON THE FUCKIN BEACH of course...fishing, crabbing, surfing, oysters @ the Sportsman, all the fav things I like to do right before a Stanford BEATDOWN @ home. Hell, maybe a little gambie mixed in too.

Oh yeah, there's some typhoon swell due to hit the west coast early next week too. Maybe I'll just paddle out in 30+ foot perfect surf and call er a day. What a way to go out I say.:omg:

Gawd, does life get any better?:suds::laugh3::whistle:

IT'S "GUT CHECK" WEEKEND COMING...TIME TO SEPERATE THE BOYS FROM THE MEN...WELL IN SOME GAMES ANYWHOZE.\\\

I for one am feeling a little quesy with my teams up-n-coming ballgame. Best thing I can think is me Beavs are a pretty gawd damn good road club dating back to last year and up to the present. Let's call this fucker a winnah and move on.

UW/ASU...A "blue ball special" with the loser left wondering, "How can we get a nut from here on?"

WSU/Oregon...Who in fuck is gonna stand up to the big bad bully of the North anywho? Leach et al? Probably not, but with pink squirrels running around all day stranger things have happened. Fine, Mariota runs amuck and anudder Duck win. Goodbye Wazzou, your stuck in a mudslide and getting buried of late. WTF happened down in LALA LAND anywhoze?

UCLA/Stanford...Will the PAC elite do anything but yawn from the stands and wonder, "Will I be the next Noble Peace Prize winner or just my team today?" Here come "baby blue" and USC's lil' peabro from the South. Hope all is well in your world Mr. Shaw, cuz your about to see what the great STATE of OREGON has to offer your "smoke-n-mirror" club in the coming weeks. Me tinkle the Cards right the ship this week and win, then sail into "sunset" later this year.

Utah/Zona...The desert smells of a "Homie" win and the Utes have to figure out how to win on the road in the Pac12. Nice win @ home against Stanford last week and I'll give ya a shot against a crappy Zona QB and his pass game. Don't disappoint me Utes. Your on the rise, just not during this weekends full mooner. Close game could go either way.

I'm a little shocked he has Mariota on there, ( no not cause I don't think he's not worthy of a first round pick) but the kid has never said he's coming out early???

I don't think they ever say they are, I'm guessing it would serve as a distraction. Usually don't hear anything until an official announcement after the season and bowl games are over.

But I'd say 95% of the time when they are projected to draft high, they do leave early. Strike while the iron is hot and all that.

My best advice to Oregon fans is to just consider him gone after this year. And if he happens to come back, take it as a pleasant surprise. Otherwise you are just gonna to set yourself up for disappointment in my experience.

You never know, staying that extra year worked out so well for Barkley. :L

He might go the Andrew Luck route and stay to get his degree (provided he doesn't get it this year) I get the sense that education is important to him and his family too.

when was the last time a team in the SEC lost a game to an FCS opponent and then started off 3-0 in conference play?

sorry, pac-12, you've still got some work to do.

When was the last time Tennessee was beaten so badly?

Who gave them their worst loss ever at home?

Answer to both.... A PAC school/

Not that youre or my points are all that relevant or important.

Oregon State or Tennessee???:noidea:

Wouldnt judge either conference off of these two teams as a whole.
