Jesus, I didn't get to my two questions. What was the name of the play that forced Harry Frazee to sell off Babe Ruth and who was the last college baseball to go straight from the draft into the starting major league lineup.

Music.... 90s I am solid as they get. 80s... eeek.. Ok I guess.

60s and 70s pretty damn good. Nothing close to 90s though. Hip Hop... Know a ton.

Interesting on the shoelace bit.

My sister actually hit me and yelled "Why do you know that? Nobody should know that!!"

I think we were playing a trivia game at the time!!

Don't know a ton of random stuff. I am more of a statistic and historic team driven nerd.

Like taking all the NFL teams and awarding points for a conf championship and more points for SB win.

Using those numbers ranking the NFL teams.

Also the baseball formula I came up with.

Then my CFB stuff goes really obsessively deep with historic players. CFB teams that turns out HOFers. Bowl Wins, Rose Bowl and other huge Bowl wins, NCs.

Then NBA and College Hoops I have a bunch of stuff as well.

Have several of the NBA top 50 Rookie Cards including Jordan, West, Bird/Magic, DrJ, Kobe, Lebron, E Baylor, Marovich, Walton, Jabbar/Alcindor and many more.

No, I'm a realist. Oregons offense is always a beast until they get smashed in the nose by a team with a real D.

This year will be no different.

too bad you are wrong.

Lets take a look shall we.
Oregon lost to Stanford last season. Stanford finished at #20 in total D. So what is a team with a real D? lets go with top 25 because thats pretty standard ranking. that adds 1 more team for top 25 D in Fresno State. so Oregon was 1-1 with teams with a "real D"
in 2011 Oregon lost to LSU and USC. LSU at #2. but Oregon beat #25 Cal, #15 Wisconsin that year. so 2-1 with teams with a "real D" Also for the record Oregon put up 35 on USC that year they did not have a good D that game was lost for other reasons.
2010 Oregon lost to Auburn who did not have a very good D that season. but Oregon beat #18 Cal and #21 Stanford so 2-0 against "real D"
2009 lost to #14 Boise Stanford and #5Ohio State. They did however beat #13 Arizona State, and #25 Arizona.thats 2-2 that season against "real D"
2008 Oregon lost to USC and Cal. Only USC had a ranked D at #2. Oregon beat #23 Oregon State and #24 Arizona. so 2-1 that year against "real D"
by my count in the last 5 seasons Oregon has a record of 9-5 against teams with a top 25 ranked D.

That's why I think the Huskies smoke them this year.

1) @ Husky Stadium

2) Huskies are at full strength on offense and defense. Full crew of healthy running backs and Oline, and one of the best WR corps in the nation.

3) The Huskies uptempo offense is going to really hard for the Zona D to slowdown or shutdown.

I'm expecting some solid offensive numbers from both teams, but Husky D in 2013 is still far ahead of Zona's and I think that's the true xfactor of this game.

1 thing to consider Oregon plays Cal and Colorado leading to UW. UW plays Arizona and Stanford.

I know, It sucks. I did this when I was 15 and have updated it every couple of years for the last 22 years.

It used to be a lot different looking. The top 20 has a handful of juicers. last time I did it prolly was longer than 2 years ago. Don't even want to see where AROD is. I need to not even count them.... But then what do I do with BOnds as he was obvious but never caught or proven.

My childhood heros were Canseco and McGwire.... Sad....

Yes. Both Bonds and Sosa get a *. Both were juiced out of their minds and embarrassments to the game for the levels they took it too.

Um, denali was talking about why he believes UW is going to kill Zona. What the hell does that have to do with who oregon and UW plays over the next two weeks?

Oh ok. So lets see the offensive numbers for those games compared to the patsies they've played so far.

Want to call me wrong once we see the dropoff in offensive stat output? Good luck.

You've won 64% of your games against teams with real Ds. Whats that qualify a team for, the holiday bowl?

No. I'm not wrong. When facing a real D your offense isn't beast mode. It's capable of winning 64% of the time.

Which is pretty good actually.

Bama is 2-19 when undefeated playing ranked SEC opponents in the top 10 in the BCS era.

The teams Oregon has lost to the last 4 years were all top 10. Most by a FG

Ok, this isn't best players ever... This is hitters based on HRs RBI and all hits. A structured point system.

My formula has this.

1 Hank Aaron
2 Babe Ruth
3 Barry Bonds
4 Willie Mays
5 Ted Williams
6 Stan Musial
7 Mickey Mantle
8 Lou Gehrig
9 Sammy Sosa:L
10 Joe Dimaggio

* Next few were Mantle, Palmeiro, Rose (off hits), Killebrew, Kaline, F Robinson, McGwire, Murray, Dawson, Arod, Thome, Banks, B Robinson

As far as players I don't have any thing that I did with stats.

But it would be much different. Mays would be 1st, Clemente would be on the list, Ernie banks and Brooks Robinson as well. Havent put enough time to measure fielding en sech. And you cant measure intangibles.

Like I said, the list I compiled is weighed heavily on situational hitting and HR/RBIs

Where the FUCK is Paul Goldschmidt?
