There is only 2 MAYBE 3 defenses in the PAC that are built or have the ingredients to have potential to beat Oregons offense, aka slow us down a tad.

Stanford, obvious.

UCLA. Amazing LBs very athletic DL

Possibly ASU. They have speed everywhere on D and Sutton is a beast and they got that great LB. Luckily we don't play them this year.

Its not like Oregon goes into the tank every year and gets left out of a NATTY bid because they started stinking up the season.

Bama lost to the 6th place SEC team @ home.

Oregon lost by a fg in OT to the eventual RB champion. A game that was as close a loss as you can get. Accompanied by a bad reversal TD for Stanford.

2010

Lost by a FG on a very strange (was he down play) to an undefeated Auburn team who steam rolled 90% of their SEC schedule

Both games we lost on the scoreboard. But you cant be closer than those 2 years.

TO just discount a NATTY because of the above is a bit short sighted.

Not only that but 2013 Oregon, Way better than those ^^^^ Oregon teams.
