Or cream gravy

I'm down with cream gravy, they just pour that on everything down here in TN, Sometimes need a break from it and Sour Cream the hell out of everything, might try it on pizza tomorrow, it just sounds like it should work.

Hell Ya!!!! Hook it up with some sour cream!!!! Sour cream on everything!

Ohhhhh, there's lottttts of sour cream. Boil the garlic in with the potatoes. Along with a half cup of diced sweet onions. Bacon, cheese, loads of butter.... Mix it all in, then put everything on top again. Stick it in the oven and let it melt. mmmmmmmm..... With salt, pepper and buttermilk too. And a handful of chives. A little rosemary if the mood moves me. I dream of the day I can talk freely of how I make my breakfast pizza, for Luke.

So you basically have loaded twice-baked mashed potatoes then? Sounds delicious, I'm making some this week now.

You should consider tinkering with replacing some of the sour cream with cream cheese. When I make mashed potatoes I always add 50/50 sour cream and cream cheese along with some cheddar and milk (although buttermilk sounds even better)...

I think meatloaf and Smitty's Loaded Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes are going to be on the menu some time this week if anyone wants to stop by for dinner... perhaps some broccoli and cheese sauce with that as well...

Ohhhh... I've never went the cream cheese route before.... I'm hungry! (It's basically twice baked mashed Potatos, I leave a lot if skin on too). Broccoli and cheese can only be topped by asparagus and cheese, IMO. Ever had mashed cauliflower? Whens dinner TPaul?

Dude, that would be freaking awesome! I hear ya gotta go Maine to Georgia though. Otherwise you basically freeze to death at the end of the summer. I did about 25-30 miles of it once. Such a tease.

I better do 3 before 4. 4 may kill me.

Oh shit! If 4 kills me, what about 1 & 2?

This is hurting my head. I'm going to get toasted and go talk shit to the TV.

About 90% start out in Georgia. Maine to Georgia is considered the hard way. Which is the way I want to do it. Problem is, you're going to have to deal with cold either way. You have to wait until May to start in Maine. And you have to wait until Katadin is cleared by the rangers in Baxter State Park. So you end up arriving in Georgia in November. You can leave much earlier in Georgia, but it still gets cold in March and early April. Unless you can do it in 5 months or less, you're going to have to deal with cold.

I did a stretch on the South Carolina/Tennessee border in late April-early May. It was cool at night. But prolly not cold enough to kill The Commissioner. What's Katadin?
