Absolutely a part of crucial development. Woodys just has a thing for Culbertson

I sure hope Woody is not here next year. A lot of his baseball decisions make no sense. Somebody from the organization needs to meet with him and tell him exactly that.

You just can’t stunt our guys development. Glad Duran was sent down so he at least plays.
Smith should at most get one day off per week but Woody wants to play the platoon game

This is ok if you are going for be in a pennant race and you have 2 vets you are flip flopping
But this hurting Smith gain needed experience on both sides of the plate

Well if he lost the locker room then that would be mostly likely way at least during the season
He really pacifies so to never really come down. He just says things in general we should do better and excuses the pen because they are overworked etc.

I do think if they lose alot and tank in August the FO might react to defer blame.
Woody does not seem accountable for his decisions. But there may be mixed messages. Maybe the owners are in win now mode so to fill the stands

Really hard to say. For me I am not a fan of the manager and wish the FO would talk to him but sure it had to be private
