I am a little confused on this. The other night in big situations Duggar came up twice late in the game and we did not PH for him. Tonight Hernandez was 2 for 3 and we do PH for him. I don't get it.

I know a number of teams do this but do you see the purpose in this? I would hope that whoever starts pitches long enough to rest some of the BP but doing it this way you are already using a BP piece.
