Another example here of Washington's poor managerial skills. You don't bring in a new reliever to issue an intentional walk. It can mess with his arm slot. You have the outgoing pitcher issue the walk and then make the switch. That's basic baseball 101 that every other manager at every level practices. It might not hurt Soria here, but you just don't do that.
