An aggressive promotion
I posted one stat in error earlier he posted 22 saves in 25 opportunities which isn’t that bad. Chapman pitched 31 games in KC posted 2 saves and their other option Scott Barlow was a lot worse than Smith.I think Hernandez and Leclerc were supposed to be the 8th and 9th inning guys out of spring training. Smith is a lefty specialist for LH batters, not really a closer. Obviously that idea went south pretty fast.
I don't think they will move on from the low cost guys. The key is to get starting players across the board who will keep the bench players on the bench.yes and we should move on from Smith in the offseason
And we should also move on from Josh Smith and Taveras too. I could see Jankowski as the 4th outfielder.
Maybe bring in Bellinger
Not surprising for him. The kid the Angels just hrought up had been moved to AA awhile back.
An aggressive promotion
I think they will concentrate on Bullpen, the outfield and then 1 starter in that order and then finally the bench. Although they may also consider pursuing OhtaniI don't think they will move on from the low cost guys. The key is to get starting players across the board who will keep the bench players on the bench.
That's something that I won't believe until I see it.I think they will concentrate on Bullpen,
Wonder how is swing and miss is
Yeah I noticed this. He is a guy that we have to watch for so we don’t burn out come playoffs
