Greinke wishes he was as good as kershaw.
They all wish they were as good as kershaw right now

Grenkie hasn't been as talented as them. Also Darvish is already there iMO has the potential to be even better. That's what's scary
Darvish can be the king! Seriously, he's that talented. We agree.
But you're wrong on Grienke! Since 2009 he's 82-41! That's in the elitist category to me! But that said, I'm happy we didn't get him. He reminds me, at least a little, of another departed starter now located in CA. I believe his name his CJ - insert vanity here - Wilson!
Think there's any chance Texas gets a shot at kershaw in FA? And if so, do they back up the truck considering the current state of their pitching?

As Romeo said, winning percentage is meaningless.Since 2009: Grienke is 82-41, Kershaw is 66-39, and Darvish (in his 1 1/2 season) is 27-14.
Darvish has the "opportunity" to pass both of these guys in the next 2 seasons in winning percentage for sure! That's all I'm saying.

I'd rather take a look at stats that actually determine how good a pitcher is.

it is not the end all to be all! But it is far from "meaningless." It is definitely not a throw-away stat, which you're suggesting. At least to me. After all guys, at the end of the day, there are really on 2 real stats, wins and losses!
It is meaningless in terms of determining how good a pitcher is. Whether or not his team wins on the night he pitches does not represent how well he pitches.it is not the end all to be all! Just ask Felix. Heck, just ask Nolan.Again. Pitching records are meaningless.

Not really, no way Dodgers don't lock him up long term before he hits free agency
I do think he has at least one 300 strike out season.
Teams win and lose. Individuals make up those teams. Harold Reynolds saying that Max knows how to win cause his record is 17-1 is stupid. He pitches just as well as he does all the time, and it's an independent variable in the end. How well he pitches doesn't make the offense play better.
