Of course, if we are in win-now mode it won't matter how many options we have if they aren't ready right now. If that is the case then several of those options will be traded within about 6 months anyway. We will know fairly soon, I guess.
And like the pandemic he won't go away even after three shots.

They seem to be off to a good start to putting us back on the track anyway be it now or sooner. Got to like it.Ah. I'm not of the opinion that they are in a "win-now" mode, more of a "win sooner-than-expected" mode.
What they have done so far points toward both destinations. Once they keep going down the road a little longer we will know which fork in the road they take. I hope you are right.Ah. I'm not of the opinion that they are in a "win-now" mode, more of a "win sooner-than-expected" mode.
We had it right around Christmas. Just like last Christmas, only this one was not nearly as rough. It just lasted forever.Ha new nickname for Gallo

Sorry. We are trying to push through it. Have not had to take time off as of yet.We had it right around Christmas. Just like last Christmas, only this one was not nearly as rough. It just lasted forever.
and there's the main issue right now: we have Jon Gray, Taylor Hearn pretty much locked in starting roles and that's basically it. we have AJ Alexy, Allard, Howard & Otto as the closest to being ready to start in 2022 after that the rest are a ways away. we either write off the season starting pitcher-wise or we make a move and sign at least 1 maybe 2 FA's.Without pitching ready, I just can’t see us being in a serious win now mode to the extent we trade prospects for vets

Ypu sound like Yogi Berra. When you come to a fork in the road, take it.True. They're in a weird position. If they don't contend in 2022, I won't be surprised. If they contend, I won't be surprised.

Certainly looks better than last year at this point. Not real excited to see Sborz under relievers.
