I get that but this is where are Love of the Rangers has jaded our love of the great game. Wonder if I see a Rangers world championship that I can reagain my innocent pure love of baseball regardless of the team that I once had in my youth.

Maybe I should dedicate one year to doing just that. Food for thought

You may be losing interest for a while then. It is still nice to root against the Astros and while I did not watch it I was as glad that they lost as am when we win.

Normally, when my teams are bad for an extended time I gradually lose some hate for our rivals. Once all the cheating came to light I found a different reason to be against the Astros though.

That being said, I will always be happy when the Steelers lose no matter how long the Cowboys are bad.

I would have absolutely HATED for the Astros to play a postseason game in our park before the Rangers get to. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about that (hopefully ever).

The Covid messed everything up. I enjoy having a team to watch play. TB and astros show me nothing. Hope TB wins for the AL.

I’m glad we can all kick back and enjoy the World Series between 2 deserving organizations. The dodgers got screwed so many times already, I’d like to see them win. It would also be nice to see TB win because they are so smart, have no money, and draft / develop / trade better than anyone.

Yeah, Tampa has the 5th lowest payroll in MLB. They do a good job of trying to put a complete team together and seem to know when to trade or release players.

Something I just realized is that each of the 3 seasons when we first played in a new stadium was cut short. The first two were due to strikes and now this one due to Covid. Snakebit???

Daniels also mentioned than Hans Crouse was not at Instructional League camp because of "positive personal reasons."
