It can be injury, relapse, giving up tobacco midway through season and goes slumping, or just goes into random epic slump where he look apathetic and many more reasons I've probably failed to mention. That's precisely the reason why whatever Josh has given us and what he'll give us during the rest of his time here will be considered just a bonus in my book.

With Darvish out all year, and Holland managing 1 inning before being out months at best, the fact that the Rangers are in third place and above .500 on June 4th is a fucking miracle.

Could be worse. Paying Detwiler $3.5mil and who unfortunately didn't go on the DL early enough.

In 7 appearances Detwiler has a -0.7WAR, Hamilton in 7 appearances has 0.5WAR.

I'd pay Detwiler the balance of his salary right now for his roster spot.
