Man, you just insulted Pop badly... Speolstra is a joke. He was a puppet for Pat Riley from day 1 and if he didn't have a team full of superstars, he wouldn't be a head coach in the league right now...

He is a joke... but that is what Riley needed given the personalities he has on this team.... they don't listen to shit Spoelstra says... and they can get away with it because ... he is Spoelstra and know he would fail miserably any where else... so what are his options?

I was trying to be nice to Spoelstra, but you are correct. Actually though considering Riley's resume, his best chances of winning in my opinion is to follow Riley's lead. Without Riley he is a complete zero
