1) yes they were below what they were suppose to be
2) yes Brady did refuse to turn his phone over ( you got to be on drugs to claim otherwise)
3 Brady didn't offer the phone records until the investigation was over as far as I can tell, so not much help there.
4) oh HELL YES he destroyed his phone to keep it away from the NFL
