Are you all not watching tonight? Or should I just assume you don't have HBO?

I ordered HBO yesterday. I will be watching.

I'm thankful we don't have to get another look at Jim Lippincott.

Don't care for it. Didn't in 2009, don't now.

I am stoked about Thursday night though.

My favorite part of the Hard Knocks series is when the team's fanbase makes wild generalizations and conclusions based off highly edited 'entertainment' footage. That said, I'll be glued to my television.

Seriously though, fuck the bengals for having rocks 5 feet off the practice field. That shit is inexcusable

Explain? I don't get to see it.

He was only really in it twice.... But both times he was basically made out to be his wife's bitch (he's currently sporting a rubber wedding ring that he can wear on the field). Granted, he married up and his wife is smoking hot while he is a ginger, so I suppose he's just trying to earn his keep.

Our quarterback is a limp-wristed ginger that wears a rubber wedding.... Who-Dey!

For reference, here are a few other folks that wear wedding rings on the field

Uni Watch talks to Ben Roethlisberger, other athletes about wearing wedding rings on the field - ESPN

Sorta surprised to see Big Ben in there..... I suppose it reminds him not to r*pe a cheerleader during the 2 minute warning (allegedly).

LMFAO.

If we had rep still I would have given you all I could of for that one. Laughed my ass off literally. No ass, it is gone..seriously.

A few other thoughts from Hard Knocks (spoiler alert for those waiting to watch)

1) I was surprised there wasn't a bigger story line about competition at safety. That seemed like one of the most obvious camp battles and it wasn't even discussed.

2) I was surprised there wasn't much about Andre Smith -- He played such a huge role in the last bengals hk that I thought it would be an easy tie-in.

3) Come to think of it, there weren't really many story lines at all. There was the injured player bit that they do every year. And there was a lot of Hue Jackson and Mike Zimmer footage. Everything else was just gratuitous shots of Cincinnati and super slow motion footwork drills. A little boring compared to 2009 IMO.
