Slow Day on the Board... Bears vs Skins thoughts?

Bears 1-5 at home. Skins 1-12 in their last 13 under Gruden. Something has to give here...

I expect the Bears to respond from what was probably their worst performance of the season, with a good effort at home for once.

Forecast for this time of the year, well... it continues to be strange with this El Nino system in effect. 35 MPH winds temps to reach the 60's with T-Storms. Hope the line brings their run blocking cleats.

Still excited for a chance to extend the season to another week of playing meaningful football next week in Minnesota. For a chance to potentially put ourselves back into the mix.

The weather will play into our favor a bit, as it should help contain Desean Jackson's ability to stretch the field. Forcing Washington to rely on their 26th ranked rush offense, where they have yet to find an answer.

Was hard to be too impressed with the Skins in their Monday Night performance last week. I have the Bears in a low scoring affair.

My thought is that we are, in Omaha, NE, getting the fucking Panther/Falcons game. Makes zero sense. Not able to get to a sports bar, so I will miss this one. On Tuesday, the Bears game was on my guide, now this shit. This is the 1st time I can remember an NFC north game starting at noon and us getting moved to an NFC south game. The NFL wont be happy until everyone is paying for Sunday Ticket.

Rain weather games are always fun to watch, just glad I'm not there for it....I work out in the rain at times and it sucks.... lol

I have not hinged my hopes on this team making the plays at all.(and that's even from preseason expectations from me).

But it had raised my eyebrow a couple weeks ago when we had a slight chance, but has really faded way.
IAnd this is another game where it could go either way.....I just hope JL helps out my Ft today....

I also like Jordan Reed as a top target for Was. He is a nice option for them other than D Jax.

He's a very good TE when healthy. Bears have only surrendered two scores to TE's though. I considered benching him on my fantasy team, but the waiver wire options weren't much more appealing.

I have him in two pay leagues, started him over Gates, and benched him for Olson in the other........I like Reed a lot when healthy, but seems concussions is a huge injury bug for him.

This was an interesting read on the approach Fox has taken to chose players to speak to the team. Having them take ownership in the team and change the culture. Lots of different names on that list who have been chosen to give speeches.

Callahan has been a pleasant surprise. I think next man up will be a pretty big drop-off, with him, unfortunately.
