I'm about to go out to celebrate but I just wanted to post this before I got off for the night!

They said on the coverage that the parade route was from 4th and Denny to the Stadium. Starts at 11 and will run a couple of hours.

bc of the nucks failing twice in my life (1994 and 2010). I Never had a chance to experience a victory parade. But i got class and i live 7 hours away

They are saying the parade will run from 11am to 1:30pm and go that route I posted earlier.

Apparently they will also be having an event in the stadium once they reach CenturyLink. Looking forward to hearing more details coming out.

Everything should be cancelled on Wednesday IMO. Only people who should be working are the essential personnel working at Starbucks to feed my caffeine addiction.

In all seriousness: Congrats, fellas. I have been to a couple championship parades in my life and they were amazing. Both were Lakers parades but the feeling and pride you feel as a fan is hard to put into words.

Go out there and and be a part of the celebration if at all possible. It's a lasting memory that you will always cherish.

My boss is a Hawk fan and took Monday off to recover so hopefully I can swing getting tommorrow off or at least take a long lunch.

What time is everybody planning on getting there? I will be taking the ferry from Bremerton and arriving in Seattle around 9:30ish, I'm worried I will already be 50 rows deep. 4th avenue is not the ideal place to have hundreds of thousands of people.

I wish I could go. But I'm currently working a temp job and if I don't work, I don't get paid.

Where in Bremerton do you live? I used to live in Silverdale, and recently moved to Seabeck.

I actually live in Gig Harbor, but I don't want to deal with trying to find a parking spot with the car so we'll just walk up to 4th from the Ferry.

I was just up in Seabeck a couple weeks ago and probably go into Silverdale 3 or 4 times a month.

Unfortunately it would appear the event at CenturyLink was offered to season ticket holders only and has filled up already (they are allowing 50,000 in).

As another poster mentioned they are offering an overflow event at Safeco Field allowing roughly 20,000 people in.
