I actually live in Gig Harbor, but I don't want to deal with trying to find a parking spot with the car so we'll just walk up to 4th from the Ferry.

I was just up in Seabeck a couple weeks ago and probably go into Silverdale 3 or 4 times a month.

Walking up to 4th is the best way to go...Just straight up Marion...can even cut thru buildings if you want to avoid the steep hills.

Have fun. Sure wish I could be there live, but will be recording it on the DVR. I heard this morning that the NFL Network will be carrying it, but will also see if one of the local TV stations will be carrying it, which I'm sure they will.

King 5 said they would televise the entire thing as well and have it streaming online so those not in this area can still follow it live on king5.com

I just wish our channel guide would show that they are covering it. I wouldn't want to put the half dozen shows actually listed only to have them change it at the last minute and leave us without a recording of it.

It would appear that King 5 is also running an hour long highlight show about this event at 10pm. I'd be surprised if some of the others aren't also going to run similar things.

I'm sure all of the local networks will be preempting their midday programming to show the whole parade/rally and I know that NFL Network is showing three hours of coverage.

I checked 4, 7, and 13's web sites and none of them say they are covering the entire thing live, but who knows. All I do know is 5 says they will cover it on their site and network live for those who will need to set DVR's. NFL does show they are covering 3 hours of it from 11 - 2 as well. Pick your poison.

Well Q13 FOX is the official TV home of the Seahawks, so I can definitely see them covering the whole thing. I'm DVRing the NFL Network broadcast of it, but my DVR doesn't let me copy stuff onto a DVD, so I'll have to figure out another way to get a hard copy of it because I can't keep it on my DVR forever.

Confirmed that KIRO7, KING5, And NFL Network will be televising the parade so far.

I'm sure most that aren't going will be tuned in to KIRO for Steve Raible.

Centurylink sold out obviously, Safeco Field is at full capacity for the viewing, and they're expecting about 300k fans on the 4th Avenue parade route...DAMN!!

Paul Allen is paying for all of it from what I've read...wow.

The Boeing Seahawks 747-8 will be doing a fly over the stadiums at 2,000 ft during the celebration ceremony.

NFL Network will be playing it. Hope you have it.

I have the DVR recording on Channel 5 (King) and also the NFL Network...one for local coverage and one for national....Yeah I know...I'm quite hopeless.

Would love to figure out a way to save it to keep on my computer.

Lots of extra people on the 6:20am Bainbridge Ferry this morning. When I came up Madison and crossed 4th Avenue, couldn't believe the number of people out there already taking the curb seats.

I'll be listening to KJR's broadcast while I'm busy working away. It's going to be a nice, sunny, cold day, but no rain or snow.

Seattle police is reporting there are 700,000 people along the parade route. The parade is running late so the festivities at the Clink will likely start late as well.

I heard on the Channel 13 broadcast that when they filed their flight plan, they called it Operation Skittles.

If anybody is wondering where the Seahawks are partying tonight...Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor and Walter Thurmond are hosting a party at Tia Lou's

Went there a week ago and got to meet Bruce Irvin, Michael Bennett, and Big Red Bryant
