Whats his claim to fame? He coached one of the all time great talents at qb? 2 years as a coordinator for a terrible team and a broken qb?

i would prefer a shanahan/mcvey type offensive coach and that was ben johnson. Im not sure slowick is there yet and Kafka definitely isnt.

I don't want an offensive coach just for the sake of it. Going with Kafka just because every other option failed would be a mistake

instead they should pivot nd go get the guy that looks like he has the best shot at being the anti-mcvey/shanahan

It's a little concerning but there's still a good amount of guys to bring in that had solid defenses.
