If you want to dispute the phrase "quit on his team", I'll respect that. But tell me this:
If you are on a team and have some injuries/are banged up, which leader are you more likely to fight through it and push yourself to the edge for? The guy who had to be held back from coming back for an injury because he desperately wanted to do everything he could to help his team, or the guy who continued to sit out months after he was cleared because he wasn't "mentally ready"?
