Based on the trend this year, Perez will allow the 1st batter to reach and Wash will feel the need to pull him and the bullpen will allow the run to score

He's around 93 pitches so if he can give us 7 and max him out at around 110 pitches would be enough I think.
If Moreland started tonight it would be a 5-1 game and he would be at less than 80 pitches.
