No More "Bullpen Failure"
Crim is 3 for 3 so far tonight with 2 HR.
Time to give he Fosque and Harris a chance. Nothing to lose and everything to gain while we give Ski Leody and Grossman a going away party.Crim is 3 for 3 so far tonight with 2 HR.
I am afraid of the results he will have against the Yankees.Leiter still with some jitters but some improvement Could not make it through 5

As I have felt from the time we drafted him I feel Kumar is the real deal. Health and time will tell. From Alex Freedman:
Don't typically tweet about opposing players, but holy smokes was Kumar Rocker something else in his Triple-A debut tonight against OKC.
Retired 15 of 16 in 5 innings with 10 strikeouts. Generated 15 whiffs. Threw 67 total pitches.
Great catch by Janks. Best catch overall I ever saw was the one Gary Matthews Jr made with his back to the plate and just jumped up at the wall going full speed and turned towards home plate and caught. Chaffin has been disappointing so far. That Jankowski catch...UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Maybe best game saving catch I've ever seen
He was shaky tonight. That said, he's very green and even the lowlyI am afraid of the results he will have against the Yankees.

A handful of outings like this to end the season in AAA and it'll be hard not to imagine him being in the Rangers' rotation next April. From MLB Pipeline:
Kumar rocked his first Triple-A start!

The @Rangers' No. 2 prospect racked up 15 whiffs on 35 swings and touched 99.9 mph for the @RRExpress:
He was amped up that’s for sure. He made some good pitches but the main problem I saw was the ball was leaving his hand in the zone and then stayed too much in the zone instead of hitting the edge of the zone or just missing the edge of the zone.Leiter still with some jitters but some improvement Could not make it through 5

Every pitch, every play is huge in a World Series. I don’t think Garcia would have made this catch. An outfielder inserted for defensive purposes, late in the game. Imagine that!
That GMJr catch is the best homerun robbery I've ever seen by any player. Jankowski and Eli White catches are right behind it.Great catch by Janks. Best catch overall I ever saw was the one Gary Matthews Jr made with his back to the plate and just jumped up at the wall going full speed and turned towards home plate and caught. Chaffin has been disappointing so far.
He had some high FBs that flew away and he needed to keep his slider downHe was amped up that’s for sure. He made some good pitches but the main problem I saw was the ball was leaving his hand in the zone and then stayed too much in the zone instead of hitting the edge of the zone or just missing the edge of the zone.
Seemed like he was being too hard on himself too. He was forgetting he had to check with the umpires after every inning and I think his dad was in the stands so there was a lot going on.
He’s got a lot of potential.
