I just think you need a guy managing that sees the big picture with the club, he can build rapport and a team mentality, treat all fairly, a good tactician, has both good visuals along with metric skills, knows when to go against metrics when a player is on a roll. Good teacher or has good teachers

Can motivate Both with positive reinforcement and a kick in the pants as needed. Not an enabler. Builds faith

I don't think you are asking too much. I hope we are not asking too much of the front office to be able to find a great manager. JD has found three managers so far. Neither of the first two were in demand after they left here and I don't think Woodward will change that. JD and Young need the next manager to be a great manager. There are scores of candidates out there. They need to find the right guy.
