Huff should have played yesterday but surely can get in today as a PH

Not sure I'm as "doom and gloom" as the rest of the board, but as Saddles mentioned, Woody is just one ingredient of personnel decisions.

It stunts his growth and slows down the rebuild IMO. He needs to play but sure as written working with Bobby Wilson is helpful

well we put Lowe on the bench last night and Ibanez got the start

I want to see Huff playing some 1B. If he can't, we have a overload on catchers. That means someone is apt to find another home. If Huff works out fine at 1B, will we carry three catchers ?

Daniels and Young signed Seager, Semien and Calhoun and traded for Garver and expected the rest to come internally. we went with what we had. i blame Daniels with Young getting a little bit of the blame. we should clear the team of as much of the waste as we can next off-season and see 4-6 of prospects added to the 13 starting positional players.

Garver isn't going to play much catcher the rest of the season so he's the DH most of the time so that leaves Heim and Huff to handle the catching duties the rest of the season.

facing a RHP so not likely they sit Lowe and the next 2 scheduled Astros starters are Verlander and Urquidy both right handers
