Man, Kilgore has a heck of an accent. Based on reports from the two-on-two session, Chilo might get a challenge from Kilgore.

Anyone have info on Monte Simmons, reading that segment sounded like he could make an impact.

I don't think it's entirely a coincidence that Simmons tore it up at practice and Gibson was released the next day. They have their four guys, probably see Simmons as a PS guy, and didn't have a spot for Gibson.

Davis will be getting a lot of help this year with chip blocks and stuff... like he should have got last year. Chilo's only help is the bench. I'm really hoping one of the rookies steps up to take backup G. But Snyder unfortunately should hold them off as they're focusing on C.

Yeah, I have no idea why we left him out there alone so often last year. It was clearly a problem, but we rarely gave him help. I think Boone is going to seriously threaten him, though. And as said, the same it true of Chilo and Kilgore. Those guys could probably use the motivation.

Very good find. It's encouraging to see Kilgore getting work at G. Happy to see he's working there instead of C where I thought they were slotting both of the rookies.

Notice they put Kilgore behind Iupati so he doesn't pick up any "Chilo the Slug" habits.

Let's hope this year we finally start seeing some promise.

I like hearing Vernon say the play book is the most "steep" they've had. I hope also translate into defenses having a harder time understanding it. Or at least the TE will be used in more ways. That was a selling point for Harbuagh for me, TEs are a strength for this team, and he should exploit it.
