Ok I see you. But the only AFC team in the top 5? I would thing NE and Indy are right there with the Ravens. I could see an argument for any of those three to be at the top of the AFC

I agree with what your saying... It's ridiculous NE and Pittsburgh are below Arizona and Dallas. I think you have to start the season with the SB winners at #1 as well..

I'd say it's a matter of NFC vs AFC ... seeing 4 out of the top 5 being NFC teams says bleacher likes the NFC ...

I'd say New England is a better team than Dallas and Arizona, Indy is better than Arizona, and Denver is just as much of a threat as the Cardinals. My personal opinion

Yeah the Champs deserve to have more respect coming in. Unless they are factoring the first 4 games without Brady. Even then I'd put them above the Cardinals see that the QB is so important to teams today

I'd say ur right but I'd also bet they are wrong. The AFC is loaded with Miami now a real threat plus last years players in NE Balt Pitt Denver Indy Cincy.

A Brady led NE team beats the chit out of Dallas and I have no clue where they get Arizona being so strong.

The media has been favoring the NFC the last few years ... I wonder what has been the results of the AFC' s top 6 against NFC opponents versus the NFCs top 6 against the AFC in regular season games ...

Agreed that the champs deserve a little more respect.

Cards fans will disagree but I think Az overachieved last year. They were at 10-1 when injuries ruined their season.
Perception with some is with a healthy squad they might go far. I still like Seattle>>>Cards in the NFCW.

Dunno but this year is gonna be interesting. Especially with the NFCW playing the AFCN should be great match ups...

I'm in ur camp I think it's Seattles to lose. Arizona could make some noise and SF is a chit show.

So true.
SF has supremely crapped their bed. Unless the rabbit jumps from their hat, our short lived killer rivalry died way too fast for us.
Seattle remains the class of the NFCW since their arrival 14 or so years ago.

ps. our divisional opponents hate hearing that but can't deny those facts.

Well that is pretty hard to track since top 6 is a pretty fluid metric and they only play at most 2 games against each other.

Do you think it has been that much of a bold claim to say that the NFC has been stronger over the past 4 or so years?

Going by championships definitely.... But I think the competition in the AFC has taken strides this year; more players.

I have zero idea how the Eagles are above the Steelers and Chiefs, but whatever.

Apparently Chip's mad scientist moves have the BR folks buying in. Steelers offense should be good, I'm not sure on their defense yet

The Steelers are going to be f'ing good this year. They are easily the team I fear the most in the AFC as a Ravens' fan.

Big Ben, Le'veon Bell, and Antonio Brown make up a deadly offense. I agree
