I read about the punter said he is booming kicks. Thanks for the Ralph update I will see his mom today and let her know the sentiments

Tell his mom that we're pulling for him. I've heard nothing but "good" stuff from anyone who's mentioned his name. They gave him Kudos on Quick Slants. With Michel on the shelf, teams trying to trade for Gillislee, Ralph has a better than average chance of making the 53 man roster.

“Ray Guy”. He’s probably 80 years old now. I could probably knock him on his ass too! I’m sure he could punt Brady in the nuts pretty hard though! :D

Leave it to Belichick to try a geriatric punter out on the D-line. The man is a freakin geneous!

As I said in the Michel thread about Mitchell, now call Dez. Dez Gronk, Edelman, White deadly in the RZ.

The Patriots do not need a cancer like Dez in their locker room.

He started out as a WR and converted so the hands are good. And he is an outstanding young man

I love the way people just assign the tag of cancer to a player when they really don't know squat about him, the environment he was in, what he endured, or his side of any story.

Btw, I'm told the #Patriots conveyed an intention to circle back for conversations with FA CB Bashaud Breeland after the 1st preseason game.

Report on NBCSB that Brady was shaking his right arm today. Nothing has been even hinted that there ws anything. I hate Early Edition, Kesnerik and Tanguay always seem to want to stir up shit.

Training Camp Central went off the air effective tonight so there's no real camp news anywhere. Supposedly NESN will have a patriots Report after the Red Sox get done in Toronto tonight.

I don't think I can stay awake that long..................

He's also lost a step and doesn't have the work ethic to overcome his decreasing physical skills. He didn't want to take $6M to be the unquestioned #1 in Baltimore in April...I certainly don't think he cares enough about football to take less than that to be an occasional RZ threat here now.

This is why they won't ask him in.

This is incentive to make him put a bit more effort into winning this year. Also pays him above the shitbag level he's at. He deserves a $40M a year guaranteed contract. Not something on the level of Tyrod Taylor......

Why does this feel like a parting gift?
I see it more as an ackowledgement that the cap and the QB market have outpaced his deal a bit with a lot of guys getting big deals since he signed his last one. This way if he hits all the incentives, he'll take home more cash this year than any QB except the guys that are in the first years of their new deals, and his AAV will move closer to the middle of the Top 10. I get the sense what we're moving toward is him playing out this deal (all his prior extensions were 4 or 5 years, this one was only 2), and then going year-to-year if he wants to keep playing after that.
