It kind of bugs me that what's been circulated up to this point is the bar owner's perspective. I know I mentioned it earlier in this thread, but there's not much more useless in an investigation than eye witness reports. They're unreliable, easily influenced, and methinks a Buffalo area bar owner who just got some solid business from a very rich man may be biased to support that guy. It's fine that people whose job it is to report put this stuff out there, but so quickly the game of internet telephone makes that into THE story. "Oh, well she wanted to go home with him..." and then when reports of her saying she DIDN'T want to go surface, so many just automatically assume she's lying. "Yeah, but the bar owner!" So, you believe the bar owner...over the actual victim. *sigh*

Which is very likely...which is why a responsible journalist would probably consider not posting utter speculation? Not only are eye witness accounts unreliable, but this is the eye witness account of a man who doesn't even know who the victim was.

And really whatever the bartender says shouldn't matter. Whatever she or her friend was doing in the bar does not mean that what they say happened later didn't. Sadly it probably does matter to a lot of people.

Careful... alleged victim. While I agree that folks shouldn't be jumping to side with the bar owner clearly profiting from his relationship with Kane, folks really shouldn't be jumping to condemn Kane [yet] either.
