Your second place rangers

Could be the last time they sniff the division lead w A's soft schedule, will come down to the head to head and will probably have to sweep

I never defended the signing. I said you were wrong by saying if the team was totally healthy it wouldn't change anything.

I said if the team were 100% healthy they wouldn't be much better. Anyone with half a brain can understand that means as heathy as can possibly be under basic laws of nature. I would hope that you would understand that by healthy I didn't mean 2004 young and healthy Lance Berkman because that is an impossibility.

But just in case you somehow misinterpreted my statement to mean that all Rangers players were in the prime health and condition of their careers, I will amend my statement just slightly for you:

If the 2013 Rangers were 100% healthy according to their current age and overall body conditions at this point in their careers, they still wouldn't be a very good offense.

Had they pulled him at the RIGHT time, we could have won

this game is mostly on Wash/Maddux

Funny thing is, how terrible Garza is and is becoming he still will get a very good contract in the offseason. Everyone needs pitching. What a waste.

Yeah I don't include an injured 2012. He played 39 games. You changed your stipulations though. You were vague and then clarified. Nice try.

And I wasn't vague at all. Nice try on your part. I said he's been irrelevant for the past 5 seasons except for 2011. What part of that is vague? Why would I not include 2012 in "past 5 seasons"? Was that not a season in MLB? When a player doesn't play or doesn't put up numbers, he is largely irrelevant. Pretty simple stuff.

Was Lance Berkman relevant in 2012? Yes or no? I don't care the reasoning... yes or no? How about this year? Yes or no? 2010- yes or no?

They would be good enough to win these games they've been losing the last few weeks. Even with an offense that has gone MIA at times the team had a better record than Texas did in 2010 and 11 at this point.

And the fact our pitching seems to have a problem putting guys away w 2 strikes and the meatball to Trumbo when Garza couldn't keep the ball down during that half inning doesnt help. Like Rev said fuck Garza and same goes for Wash and I don't know what Maddux can do but he certainly doesn't seem to be helping much. He waited to go to the mound until Garza had already shit the bed
