I have not watched since around season 10 but this is still kinda sad news. The show cannot go on without this guy right? He does about 50% of the characters.

I rarely watch anymore (though whenever I do I still enjoy it) but I bet he returns. Even if he doesn't, at this point I see no way they stop the show until it hits 30 seasons.

I think there's enough voice talent out there that someone can do those characters. None are incredibly complex.

i saw something like this this past week where there was random audio captured from deep space and NASA scientists had concluded the garbled sounds sounded like the theme song to X Files
