Based on some of the empty stadiums I saw, it won't be around for long.
And with tickets at $10 and free for kids. Yeah that attendance was bad, very bad.

Essentially this is a local football league in Birmingham, by putting "city or state" in the team names why would someone in Birmingham AL root for the New Jersey Generals?

Omegaball has a better chance of sticking around than the USFL.

And yes the Omegaball announcers fit the stereotype

I guess at the rate the Pittsburgh Maulers are going, this will be their coach after their game.

NOTE: They might want to resign that RB or let their players eat pizza.

The Maulers played two QB's. One in the 1/3 quarter and the other in the 2/4th quarters.

First guy not so bad the second guy:

2/10 for 8 yards. It was bad football to watch.

By the way, Paxton Lynch in my tweet above was beaten out for the Saskatchewan Roughriders QB job by a guy who came into the CFL as a special teams player.

Sorry but he loses me at this lol

The brakes were working but he was wary of slowing, he said, because he thought he would not be able to accelerate again.

“I was nervous that if I were to brake a whole lot that I wouldn’t be able to gain the speed again to keep up with traffic and get around cars,” he said. “I was nervous somebody was going to slam into me.”

Pretty sure one of the first things to know about driving an automobile is that you pull over if something is wrong, not "gain the speed again to keep up with traffic and get around cars".

Never was a fan of Lucky Charms...

I thought a certain percentage of people always got sick after eating Lucky Charms.

Never a fan of the marshmallow cereals.
