It's fucked up and he should have been kicked out that night but I don't think they can/should take away his award. Some pretty awful people have Academy Awards, far worse than Will.

And besides even if they take away the award he already won it. So if they took it away and gave it to Mark Walberg (a gem of a human) for Uncharted - everyone knows that Will was the real winner. Taking it away does nothing IMO

Well he also resigned from the Academy so he will no longer get screeners. Which means he'll no longer be able to see the fancy biopics that most of the public won't see either.
