Yes Cal is awful, but I think that tunnel screen they run is very effective and Oregon will get to stop it this week.

We have not seen TOSU play a run first team this season. Normally they (TOSU) are build to stop the run due to the B1G being an old school run first league. Again the defense is young and they are improving every week. There is no doubt this will be the biggest test of the season, but I like our chances versus a one dimensional Wisconsin offense. Besides game is in the shoe and the crowd will be pumped.

I think they sort play to the level of the opponent, they knew Cal wasn't going to stop our offense and they really got a couple big plays or that game would of been a 30+ point victory.

But the facts are they got 34 and I think OSU's defense is gettkng better, but really their weakness has been stopping those no-huddle fast paced offense, so hopefully this will be more of their style of play.

Its a perfect matchup for Oregon defensively. Cal will fall behind early and will still be running hunh and slingin the football over to one of if not the best secondary in the nation.

Wont be the best indicator of Oregon's defense because Cal is playing directly into its hands.

You guys won't give up 34, which they did get a late TD. But Oregon still won't give up 27 even...IMO

The Ducks are used to seeing more fast paced offenses out in the PAC...Wash, Cal, Zona, etc

Ya, they are. The teams Oregon struggles with are the teams with big time WR talent and good QBs.

If Oregon were to play tOSU in a Rose rematch the Bucks would be better off with Guiton slingin it.

Tend to do very good defensively against the hunh and mobile qbs.

Pryor 09 the exception... That kid balled out that day.

The teams Oregon seems to struggle with, at least IMO, are the ones that have very strong front 7s that don't try and match Oregon's speed, rather they just impose their own will a la OSU, Auburn, LSU, Stanford last year, etc. It's not like any of those offenses burned Oregon's D, and none of them had any big-time WR talent.

How about this:

If Wisconsin wins, I pick your avy.

If Ohio State wins by 0-7, it's a wash. Nobody wins.

If OSU wins by 8+, you pick my avy.
