Don't know much about Chris Harper. Anyone know which spot he plays?

He plays WR. The reporters on espn say he plays a LOT like anquon boldin. has trouble separating, but has really strong hands, good at catching. he also can run after the catch too.

One of the analysts on ESPN.com's coverage said that Harper plays a lot like Anquan Boldin. If he turns into that kind of player, I'm good with that for a 4th round pick.

Yes I did. Incase you forgot Matt Barkley was considered a future top 5 pick for practically the first 3 years of his career. He was the same QB in his 4th year as he was the first 3, yet USC had a down year and that devastated his stock. So yes I do believe Matt Barkley will turn out to be the best QB in this draft class.

Harper also is a good blocker, they say maybe for kickoff coverage. thagts how we know we're good, picking backup STers in the 4th round.

I figured we would draft a WR.

Golden Tate's contract will be expiring after the season and (IMO) he's a low end #2, maybe you could make the case he's average. Yet for some reason it sounds like he's going to want a big contract which is beyond me.

Not to mention I still believe eventually Sidney Rice is going to be a cap casualty if he does not pick up his play. He's one of the highest paid WRs in the NFL and not producing like it.

I'm surprised the Seahawks didn't select Quinton Patton. Word was the Seahawks showed a lot of interest in him this offseason and having watched his film I liked him a lot too. I have to figure if they selected Chris Harper over him they must have seen something they did not like. Still hoping the Seahawks select him later if he is on the board.

lol, I said he was a WR. I was asking if he is a split end, flanker, or slot. Wondering if he is a threat to push Tate off the team. Don't think many hawk fans like Tate much. He just hasn't panned out.

It's probably unlikely he takes Golden Tate's spot this year. Next year he will likely be Golden Tate's replacement.

49ers are having a really good draft.

It irritates me how much these guys on ESPN are practically deep throating the 49ers but they are having a good draft. Quinton Patton was a steal and Marcus Lattimore if he can stay healthy will be a great player. But it really is a huge concern if he ever can get healthy.

Every year we have questioned the seahawks draft picks at the time and every year we are surprised at what PC does with them and how well some we hated turned out. I wish they would have picked up a LB or even another guard, but we will see how the two early rounders pan out.

I would like to see the Seahawks take another WR and IMO Marquess Wilson and Da'Rick Rogers are the best left on the board.
