Why is it so hard to figure out the NFL?
Touch a QBs helmet and it's 15 yards and possible fine.
Yet lead with the helmet and nothing.
Unlike touching a helmet that can be subjective when a players helmet contacts another player before any other body parts that's not subjective.
NFL stop with the you care about player safety. It's a farse.

Rollins and Randall were both high draft picks but have not lived up to expectations.

They've been hurt a lot, too. Seems to be a common theme for the Packers high draft picks. When healthy they've shown signs of deserving their draft position, but also play inconsistent.

Packers declared CB Quinten Rollins, QB Joe Callahan, LB Jayrone Elliott, T Kyle Murphy, WR Jordy Nelson, RB James Starks and C/G JC Tretter inactive for Sunday's Divisional Round game against the Cowboys.

Rollins was tentatively expected to return after putting in a limited week of practice but evidently couldn't pass the concussion protocol. He's week to week. Nelson (broken ribs) and Starks (concussion) were ruled out on Friday. Jeff Janis (quad) and Damarious Randall (foot) are both active for Sunday's Divisional Round.
